Nashville-based real estate company Freeman Webb Company has acquired The Flats at Laurel & Pine in East Nashville for $42.15 million, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

Opened in 2023, the three-building 166-unit apartment complex is located at 901 Cherokee Ave. The property includes a pool with cabanas and an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a courtyard with grilling stations, a dog park and dog washing station, attached garages and controlled access.
