The downtown Nashville mixed-use building home to restaurant Black Rabbit and more than 100 years old has been offered for sale for an undisclosed asking price.

The four-story masonry structure at 218 Third Ave. N. offers four residential units and sits on a 0.10-acre site. Of note, the 20,890-square-foot building is believed to have opened in 1890. It landed a renovation in 2009 and its second and third floors are fully furnished short-term rental units, according to a loopnet.com listing.
