Hospitality giants invest in Groups360

Four of the biggest brands in hotel management have teamed up to invest $50 million in Groups360, the locally based group meetings planning tool launched by former Gaylord Entertainment executives.

Representatives of Accor, Hilton, InterContinental Hotels Group and Marriott International each have taken a seat on the board of five year-old Groups360, which is run by President and CEO Kemp Gallineau and Executive Chairman David Kloeppel. Word of the hotel giant’s investment comes almost four years after Groups360 raised $5 million from an investor group that included the Nashville Capital Network.
