Fondue restaurant chain The Melting Pot will return to downtown Nashville in a location near its former Second Avenue space, with an early 2027 opening eyed.

According to The Melting Pot website, the business will operate at via a space within the 29-story UBS Tower at 315 Deaderick St. The space sits adjacent to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse.
