Self-pour wine bar and restaurant Vagabond will open in The Gulch by year’s end.

The business will operate in a mixed-use building located at 1000 Division St. The 2,800-square-foot space was last home for about 10 years to EXIT Elevate Real Estate (formerly Exit Realty Elite), which now operates at Marathon Music Works.
