CKE Restaurants Holdings, parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants, has announced two key appointments to its senior leadership team.

The additions of Charles Jemley as chief financial officer and Kerry Olson as chief legal officer and general counsel come as the Franklin-based company continues to accelerate growth domestically and abroad.
