Nashville-based real estate and hospitality firm AJ Capital Partners is facing numerous lawsuits related to the closure of a New York hotel.

Nashville Business Journal reports Cornell University is suing Graduate Roosevelt Island Owner LLC — an AJ Capital affiliate — after the November closure of The Graduate Hotel located on Cornell’s Roosevelt Island campus, according to a lawsuit filed with the New York County Supreme Court on April 29.
