The developer of the Fairlane Hotel underway in the central business district announced Monday that the modernist building will feature restaurant Ellington’s.

To be located on the boutique hotel building’s fourth floor, the restaurant will offer a “retro-modern décor that will harken back to the 1960-70s” with a “what was then is now” vibe, according to a release.
