LBMC buys back-office services provider

Accounting and consulting firm LBMC has bought Brentwood neighbor and outsourcing services company W Squared, adding 60 people to its staff of more than 500.

The deal became effective this morning and beefs up LBMC’s presence in finance, accounting, payroll, human resources, technology, and procurement services. Officials said the companies have worked with each other for more than a decade.
