State reports fiscal mismanagement at TSU

With residence halls opening for the fall semester next week, Tennessee State University is still trying to figure out where to put all its students.  

After renting out an entire Best Western hotel for nearly $2 million last fall, the school is again looking to book rooms at Nashville hotels for students. A State Building Commission subcommittee approved their funds request at a Wednesday meeting.
