Marine Drive Extension Project Plans

The East Bank Development Authority is making moves to fund infrastructure in the developing urban neighborhood it oversees.

On Tuesday, the authority approved up to $80 million in funding to be allocated toward the extension of Marine Drive between Cowan Street and Dickerson Pike, as well as other improvements along Cowan.
