The Houston-based owner of the Wedgewood-Houston building home to Jackalope Brewing Company is ready to undertake updates for the industrial structure and has announced two restaurant tenants.

In a release, Hines said it will team with private equity partner Cresset to give the building, with an address of 429 Houston St., an outdoor patio and additional square footage, parking, building systems, site infrastructure and landscaping/hardscaping. A cost to undertake the improvements was not included in the release.
