Residential developer Steve Kirby, who has been sued by a former girlfriend for secretly videotaping their sexual encounters, has sold his house at 3820 Woodlawn Drive for a little more than $1 million. Kirby developed the several attached houses at Woodlawn and Wilson Boulevard with developer Eric Alldredge two years ago. In April 2005, Kirby borrowed $700,000 against the property. Alldredge could not be reached this morning, but it appears he and Kirby may not be doing business together anymore: Kirby's name and photo are no longer included on the website of The Radius Group, in which he and Alldredge were formerly involved, and there is no listing for Kirby in that company's voicemail menu.

In January, a former girlfriend sued him after learning from another of his former girlfriends that he had secretly recorded videotapes of them having sex. There hasn't been any movement in court on the case.
