An Atlanta-based development company has paid $4,436,000 for a North Davidson County property on which it plans 64 townhomes.

The Davidson County Register of Deeds seemingly has yet to record the transaction. However, a source told the Post that Dresden Development now owns the 4.96-acre property, which is located at 503 W. Trinity Lane.
