The Boring Company has paid $7 million for a Murfreesboro Pike property located about one mile southeast of the southern segment of downtown Nashville.

The purchase comes as the Elon Musk-owned company in June, and via FJ PADS LLC, paid $2,399,999 for a three-story commercial building located at 3301 West End Ave.
