A summer groundbreaking is eyed for an $80 million mixed-use building to sit next to the future Major League Soccer soccer stadium at Fairgrounds Nashville.

The six-story residential and retail/restaurant building will house 337 apartments, with 160 priced at workforce housing rental rates. The north side of the building, designed by Nashville-based Smith Gee Studio, will feature a public plaza.
