Construction is underway and a summer 2025 completion is eyed for a 16-residence development near East Nashville's Five Points.

Nashville-based Richland Group is undertaking the project at 210 S. 10th St. The company paid $3.45 million for the 1.2 acre Edgefield property, previously accommodating a church building, in August 2022 (read here).
