East Nashville church building sells for $2.4M

An East Nashville property near Five Points and accommodating a modernist brick church building has sold for $2.4 million, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

The address of the 1.2-acre property, located across South 10th from East Nashville Head Start Center, is 210 S. 10th St. The new owner is an entity affiliated with Brentwood-based Rice Property Management, with the seller East Nash Free Will Baptist Church Inc. The latter entity acquired the property in 1964, according to Metro records.
