Site set for senior living building sells for $7.6M+

The Green Hills property once home to Tokyo Japanese Steak House has sold for $7.65 million

The new owner of the property, located on about one acre at 3808 Cleghorn Ave., is an LLC affiliated with Houston-based Bridgewood Property Co. As the Post reported in October 2020, Bridgewood is planning a 12-story building (pictured) to accommodate upscale senior living services, with the structure to be one of Nashville’s taller of its type. The Mall at Green Hills sits nearby.
