Shrinking Primus wants to sell Cool Springs HQ building

Primus Financial Services, a brand of Ford Motor Credit, has put up for lease nearly half its regional headquarters in Franklin’s Cool Springs in preparation to sell the four buildings and lease back only the portion it needs.

Primus has made available up to 215,000 square feet of its 510,000-square-foot campus, according to a marketing flyer that went out today from CB Richard Ellis broker Janet Sterchi.
