According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the seller was Southern Recycling LLC. Metro records are unclear as to what that entity paid for the 23.4-acre property. Southern Recycling operates its scrap metal business from the property, which offers an address of 1831 Linder Industrial Drive and sits on the Cumberland River.
