The Nations neighborhood could soon see a comprehensive rezoning plan become reality. 

The Nations Neighborhood Plan, developed by District 20 Councilmember Rollin Horton, aims to provide more flexibility (than currently is the case) to property owners, allow for increased affordable and middle-income housing options, improve neighborhood walkability and replenish the area’s tree canopy — all while preserving the West Nashville neighborhood's industrial character.
