According to a report from REBusiness.com, Arriba Capital has provided the $67 million loan to Atlanta-based Nexera Capital (then known as RevPAR Development) and Chattanooga-headquartered Emerge Hospitality Group. The development team seeks a hotel building to house a Home2 Suites by Hilton and a Hampton Inn.
