Plans to undertake a mixed-use building in Rutledge Hill seemingly are progressing.

As the Post reported in May 2024 (read here), the 11-story building — to offer 141 hotel rooms, about 33,050 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and 183 garage parking spaces — is eyed for a site with address of 704, 708, 710, and 712 Fourth Ave. S. The project offers a working name of 4th & Elm.
