A partnership involving California and New Jersey development companies looking to undertake a mixed-use building project in SoBro is planned to break ground no later than early 2026, following a redesign. 

An LLC involving Los Angeles-based ELK Development paid $14.55 million for the properties in December 2021, according to Metro records. New Providence, New Jersey-based PCD Development later purchased an interest in the property and will partner with ELK on the project.
