4400 Charlotte Ave.

The Sylvan Park building housing Smokin Thighs has sold for $3 million, with the buyer to market the space for a new restaurant tenant.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner of the West Nashville property, located at 4400 Charlotte Ave., is Vita 4400 LLC. That entity is affiliated with Anthony Sanfilippo and Jake Sudduth. In March, Sanfilippo's Nashville-based Sorelle Hospitality acquired Strategic Hospitality’s remaining percentage of ownership in Pinewood Social (read here).
