Pendry Nashville officials have announced Los Angeles-based Ten Five Hospitality — perhaps best known for its Roman mythology-esque Mother Wolf restaurant — will oversee food and beverage operations in the future Gulch residential and hotel tower.

SomeraRoad, which is co-based in Nashville and New York, is undertaking the development of the site with Trestle Studio of New York. Pendry Hotels & Resorts will be the tenant.
