The owner of a Brentwood commercial building long recognized as housing his former independently operated neighborhood grocery store has landed a business to offer an organic market, a flour mill, a bakery, a pizzeria and live music.

Mike Huff, known for his venerable Huff's Food Town, said he has finalized a lease with Nashville Farmers' Storehouse. The latter is an independently owned cooperative of farmers and families connecting producers to consumers.
