Chicago-based AJ Capital Partners has released details and renderings of its Nashville Warehouse Co., with what formerly had been called Outpost Nashville to now offer 300 apartments, three office buildings and a live music venue in Chestnut Hill, Nashville Business Journal reports.

The company wants to start construction in September, the NBJ reports, citing Uday Sehgal, AJ Capital Partners' Nashville-based executive.
