The development team involved with the yet-to-open luxury residential building The Manning in West Nashville has finalized its new general contractor and anticipates to see work resume on the site in August.

According to a permit, Murfreesboro-based Southern Building Group Inc. will finish construction at the site, which offers an address of 120 Woodmont Blvd. near that street’s intersection with Harding Pike. The permit notes about 25 percent of the project remains to be completed.
