Shipley Do-Nuts and Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café locations are planned for a 2025 opening in downtown's Nashville Yards.

According to a release, franchisee Virentes Hospitality will own and operate the businesses. Shipley will open in May in Nashville Yards' office building to be anchored by Creative Artists Agency and that is geared toward entertainment industry tenants including AEG Presents, a cineplex and L-Acoustics (read here). Sweet Paris will take space in The Pinnacle, the development's live music and entertainment building, and open in June.
