Metro Government is asking for a court dismissal of the lawsuit filed by a citizen group seeking a work stoppage on the under-construction Cheekwood Estate & Gardens Parking Pavilion and Welcome Plaza.

As the Post reported July 1, Neighbors for Safety BMH (NFS Belle Meade Highlands) filed the lawsuit in Davidson County Chancery Court, contending Metro is improperly allowing Cheekwood officials to work on the parking facility
