Details are emerging and images have been released regarding a hotel slated for Pie Town, with European-centric hospitality brand The Hoxton eyed for a late 2027 opening.

As the Post reported earlier this month (read here), and citing a multi-page document submitted to the Metro Planning Department, the building will rise eight floors, offer 204 rooms and below-grade parking, and sit at 616 Ewing Ave. An existing 1960-opened warehouse will be demolished to accommodate the future building. The 0.89-acre parcel set for the project is located near City Winery, Pie Town Tacos and Tennessee Brew Works.
