Veteran local entrepreneur and real estate investor Mike Shmerling has paid $6.2 million for a South Nashville commercial building recognized for its distinctive exterior.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, Shmerling and some other family members and individuals created CB Capital LLC – Series D for the acquisition of the property, which offers an address of 1161 Murfreesboro Pike.
