IRS property to sell for $43.25M, to set per-square-foot record

Colliers International announced today the anticipated sale for $43.25 million of the IRS Office Building in Franklin -- a transaction that will set a record price per square foot for the Nashville market at $319.

The previous record of $292 per square foot was set last year with the sale of The Pinnacle at Symphony Place in downtown Nashville.Â
