West Nashville-focused real estate investor and commercial building landlord Jeff Estepp has paid $1,015,000 for a church property located in The Nations.

With an address of 4602 Indiana Ave., the 1950-opened building located on the site accommodates the congregation of St. John Chrysostom Greek Orthodox Church. According to marketing material, and as the Post reported in January, the structure offers 1,635 square feet. The property had been listed for sale early this year for $1.4 million.
