Nashville-based Infinity Hospitality has paid a collective $7.5 million for two properties from which it operates its special events space business.

According to Davidson County Register of Deeds document, and via GBF Properties LLC, Infinity paid $4 million for 814 Woodland St. in East Nashville’s Edgefield neighborhood. That building on the site houses the company’s Estelle events services business. Similarly, Infinity acquired 45 Lindsley Ave. in Rutledge Hill for $3.5 million. The structure located at that property accommodates Infinity’s The Cordelle.
