California-based fast-food restaurant company In-N-Out has acquired a Clarksville hotel property for $6.95 million and is seeking to reinvent it with three eateries and retail space, Nashville Business Journal reports.

Citing Montgomery County Property Assessor records, NBJ notes the roughly six-acre property offers an address of 3095 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. adjacent to Interstate 24’s Exit 4. The existing building accommodates a Quality Inn hotel.
