In-N-Out Burger has paid $3.2 million for a Hermitage property for which it plans a restaurant as it prepares to establish its Eastern U.S. headquarters in Franklin.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the California-based company now owns 1.95 acres located at 4000 Andrew Jackson Parkway.
