MarketStreet Enterprises announced Monday that co-founder Jay Turner has assumed the role of chief executive officer while Dirk Melton, a longstanding partner with the firm, is now president.

Previously, and according to a release, Turner had served as managing director and Melton as development director for the local company, which the Metro Development and Housing Agency more than 20 years ago tapped as the master developer of The Gulch.
