The Nashville area saw 2,752 homes sold in March, a 3 percent decrease compared to the 2,831 number of the same month in 2025.

Data for the first quarter of 2026 showed 6,710 closings, a 2 percent decrease from the 6,868 closings during Q1 2025, according to a Greater Nashville Realtors (GNR) release.
