The Nashville area saw 33,737 homes sold in 2025, compared to the 33,935 closings in 2024, a half-percent decline year-over-year.

Fourth-quarter closings were 8,264 for the Middle Tennessee market. That total remained relatively flat from the 8,250 closings during the fourth quarter of 2024.
