Former Titan pays $1.75M for North Nashville site

Three local real estate investors have sold a former North Nashville senior care property — with a former Tennessee Titans linebacker among the new owners.

Land Deleot, McClain Towery and Hunter Creekmore bought the property, located at 2030 25th Ave. N. in Cumberland Gardens, for $850,000 in October 2019. The three men seemingly acquired the site for an undervalued figure and have now sold for $1.75 million, according to a Register of Deeds document.
