A South Nashville building recognized as the former home of a Hooters — and a nightlife destination of sorts for many young male Nashvillians during that restaurant's heyday — has sold for $1.3 million.

Sitting on 1.04 acres, the now-empty building was seemingly constructed in the late 1970s and offers an address of 217 Largo Drive.
