The rolling-hilled North Davidson County property that includes The Inn at Fontanel and the Carl Black Chevy Woods Amphitheater has been sold for $14.5 million about one year after being listed.

The Whites Creek site covers about 167 acres and is home to Prichard’s Distillery, Natchez Hills Winery and Tasting Room, Adventure Works Ziplines, Vintage Creek Apparel and Italian restaurant Cafe Fontanella. Its buyer is Chicago-based BlueRoad Ventures, which created BlueRoad Fontanel LLC for the acquisition. BlueRoad officials could not be reached for comment Friday regarding their plans for the site.
