The owners of local Japanese restaurant Maru are eyeing a space in the mixed-use Emblem Park, for which construction is nearing completion near Fairgrounds Nashville.

To date, Emblem Park owner SomeraRoad has announced no tenants for the development, which sits at 1414 Fourth Ave. S. near both Chestnut Hill and Wedgewood-Houston on the city’s south side.
