Ex-church site on east side sells for $4.8M

The East Nashville property that once housed Hobson United Methodist Church and that had been eyed for a major redevelopment has sold for about $4.8 million.

Vintage South Development and The Legacy Companies, both Nashville based, are the new owners of the property, the main address for which is 1716 Greenwood Ave. in the Eastwood neighborhood.
