The East Nashville building previously housing The Crying Wolf bar has sold for $2.85 million.

According to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document, the new owner of the property — located at 823 Woodland St. — is 800 Main Development Partners LLC. That entity comprises Adam Leibowitz and Andy Neuman, who are co-founders of Double A Development. For the purchase, Nashville-based FirstBank has provided a $2,442,500 loan.
