East Side car wash site sells for $1.8M+

An East Nashville car wash property has sold for $1.88 million, according to a Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

Located at 604 Main St. about six blocks west of Five Points, the 0.51-acre property sits across the street from apartment building Stacks on Main. Its new owner is Salah Jamal Ayesh, who is affiliated with Car of Nashville, a used-car business located on Murfreesboro Pike on the city’s south side.
