A segment of an East Nashville property eyed since 2021 for a large-scale mixed-use project has sold for about $8.85 million.

As the Post reported in June 2021, New York-area-based development company Rethink Capital Partners, via Rethink Community Nashville JV LLC, paid $9.26 million for multiple parcels, offering about 21 acres, on which it planned a project to be called City Vista. The address is 1410 Dickerson Pike.
